- Click on the link provided to link directly to a full webinar description
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the option of Session Recording VIEW
- You will be taken to a page where you are prompted to provide an email address
- Follow the prompts on screen to register
- After completing the registration form, click “register now” at the bottom of the page
- A new window will open
- Click “View recorded webinar”
- Mac Users: You may first need to install the Windows Media Player for Mac

- Click on the link provided to see a description of the lesson
- Click on “On Demand Web Lessons” (a blue button on the left hand side of your screen)
- Follow the prompts on screen to register as a new customer or sign in as an existing customer
- Lessons are listed alphabetically – choose your lesson topic
- Please note: The full training is available free of charge, but there is a $5 cost if you would like to complete an “assessment” to receive a certificate at the end of the lesson
- Click start now
- Lessons include readings, videos, supporting resources and reflection exercises
- The sections can be reviewed individually or in groups
