CMAS works with settlement agencies that offer child care supports to parents who are participating. We support the programs in providing the best possible environment and services for newcomer children and their families. CMAS provides the programs with current information on essential issues such as child health, safety and well being, emergency management, newcomer settlement, and parenting in a diverse culture.
Project Description
CMAS is looking to continue to provide a high level of service to meet the unique needs of the Service Providing Organizations (SPO) by recording audio for our online learning management system. As well we will require the filming and editing of interviews regarding child care in various programs. We are actively seeking a videographer to film and produce both audio and video.
Design Requirements
We require 1.5 hours of audio recorded. We require a series of interviews filmed and edited and delivered in a format that will be conducive to web.
Project Duration
All work must be completed by March 25, 2012.
Assumptions and Agreements
CMAS will provide all content, scripts and actors. The videographer will be responsible for all necessary equipment, filming, and editing.

Basis for Award of Contract
Submissions will be selected based on experience in videography, experience in working with settlement programs and ability to meet tight deadlines.
The successful candidate will also be a registered business.
